Resources to Help Teach Students about Quinncia

This article provides you with useful resources to use when teaching students about ATS, AI interviewing, and how Quinncia can help.

Promoting Quinncia

First and foremost, you must make students aware of Quinncia. These resources discuss a handful of ways that you can create awareness amongst students. You can create social media posts that encourage students to create Quinncia accounts, send direct emails to students, or require them to complete a Quinncia resume review before they can attend an appointment in your office. You can also integrate Quinncia into class assignments or as extra credit. Reach out to your University Relationship Manager to discuss any faculty training that they can assist you with!

Teaching Students about ATS and AI Interviewing

Next, you want to make sure students understand the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that they interact with while applying for jobs. Quinncia uses the same technologies that employers use, so these resources will help explain ATS and how they can impact their chance of getting a job.

Instructing Students

After students learn ATS and AI interview basics, they need to learn how to use Quinncia. The resources below show students the exact interaction they will have with Quinncia and explain some of the technology behind it. We have provided multiple resources to give students options.

Reviewing Analysis

Lastly, we want to make sure that students understand each piece of their resume and interview analysis. These resources explain how Quinn analyzes their information and what the feedback means. These links will help if you go through the analysis with the student or if they go through it on their own.
