About 95% of all employers (regardless of size) use “applicant tracking systems” (ATS). When you apply online your resume is parsed by a robot, not a human. To be exact, only 5-10% of resumes submitted to a job online will be seen by a human. This is important for you as a future applicant because small errors and inconsistencies that aren’t visible to the human eye will get flagged by ATS. To register and access your Quinncia account, please follow these directions:

• Navigate to https://quinncia.io/access/
• Enter your university email address, click “Continue” 
• Click “Sign Up / Sign In” on the top right-hand corner
• A verification code will be sent to your university email
• Copy & paste your verification code from the email you received
• Enter your full name and a password you will remember, click “Continue”
  • If the box appears blue, Quinn is not picking on what you wrote (check for extra spaces!)
• Your account has been created!
