Introducing Quinncia Email Template (Option 1)

Hello {STUDENT NAME}!

Did you know there are hidden barriers between you and your dream job, and they prevent up to 95% of job applications from ever crossing the hiring manager’s desk: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI Interviews.

What is an applicant tracking system (ATS)? Applicant tracking systems filter and reject applications to job postings so hiring managers can spend their time reviewing the resumes of top applicants.

What is an AI Interview? AI interviews are AI lead interviews used by hiring managers to qualify potential candidates to determine who would be the best fit for the job posted.

Luckily, there are concrete steps you can take to ensure that your resume will make it past the ATS and your AI interviewing skills are up to par.
