Interview Assignment Best Practices
Through our partners' experience with Quinncia, we've found that students learn best through short, frequent assignments. Breaking interview training into smaller assignments leads to better results and a better experience overall.
Here's a simple three-step assignment structure that works:
Assignment #1
Have students log in and complete a few practice questions, choosing whichever question type interests them. The goal here is simple: get comfortable talking to a camera before the real mock interview. No pressure, just practice!
Assignment #2
Students complete their full mock interview with Quinn and submit it for feedback. Once scores are in, have them review their results and get familiar with the data points Quinn measures, the same ones real employers pay attention to.
Assignment #3
Students pick one area where they scored low, do a little research using Quinncia's resources at help.quinncia.io, and retake the interview to see how much they've improved. This is where the real growth happens!
