Student List Overview

The student list is one of the main features in Quinncia that helps you monitor each student's progress. If you're having trouble accessing the list, then this article is for you!

  1. Log into your Quinncia account.
  2. Click on Menu in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Students to view the student list.
  4. You can also direct yourself to the Student List by clicking the blue arrow pointing to the right.

Once you’re on the student list, you can access an array of tools that will help you understand your students' progress.

Search Bar

You can search for students by name here.

Filters

You can use the filters feature to filter your student list by division, class, group, whether or not students have completed an interview, how many improvements their resume has, the score they received on either their resume analysis or mock interview, and whether or not they’ve uploaded a resume. Don't forget to select Apply once you're finished. You can also press Reset to start over and search for a new group of students.

Sorting

You can sort each column by clicking its header.

Sign-up Date

This feature allows you to see exactly when students signed up.

Export List Button

This tool allows you to export your students’ usage and scores as a .csv file. This exported file will arrive in your email inbox and include all of the students who fit the criteria under the filters that you applied. The list will include all students if you haven't applied any filters.

Navigating Student Feedback

You can instantly see your student's interview and resume scores from the list. The numbers in gray show their overall score, the number in parenthesis indicate how many times they completed their interview or uploaded their resume, the red number indicates how many flags a student received, and the yellow number indicates how many improvements they received on their resume analysis.

You can click on each student's name to view their profile summary, as well as their most recent interview and resume scores. Click Interview or Resume in blue letters under the interview and resume columns to see each student's feedback on every assignment.

If students haven't uploaded a resume or taken an interview, you’ll see N/A in place of their score.

There may be multiple pages of students, so be sure to use the bottom left corner of the page to navigate to additional pages. You can also change how many students you see on each page using the Records Per Page button next to the search bar.
