How to Convert a Student Account to an Admin Account

Quinncia offers two different types of accounts: the student account and the admin account. Users cannot access both accounts simultaneously and need to choose between the two. 

Sometimes admins trying to gain faculty access accidentally end up with a student account. If you accidentally created a student account instead of an admin one, have no fear! 

All you need to do is reach out to our support team via email. You can also select the Need Help button on your Quinncia account to submit a request to delete your student account. Please provide your university email, full name, and division/class/group. 

Keep In Mind: You will not be able to access any analyses created in the student account. As soon as our support team confirms that they deleted the student account, you can invite them to join as an admin.
