How to Invite Admin to Quinncia

You can start the following process to invite admin once you finish setting up your divisions, classes, and groups: 

1. Log in to Quinncia with your university email address. 
2. Navigate to the Manage Students widget on the top right of the dashboard. 
3. Select Admin Panel.
4. Locate the Advisors widget and click Invite Advisors. 
5. Enter the full name and email address of the admin that you want to invite. 
6. Click each box to determine which capabilities the advisor should have.
   
   Note: The options are Provide Feedback, Update Profile, Manage Students, and Post Events. 
   
   1. Give all capabilities to backup admins. 
   2. Give general admins access to Provide Feedback and Manage Students. 
7. Click Add Another Advisor if you want to invite multiple admins and repeat steps 4 and 5. 
   
   Note: You can invite as many admins as you would like. Please make sure the admins have access to the same divisions, classes, and groups. Otherwise, we recommend inviting those admins separately.
8. Assign the admin(s) to the proper divisions, classes, and groups by checking the boxes. 
   1. Please ensure all admins have access to the Default category. Miscellaneous students go to this category when they log into Quinncia without being invited or without being placed in a division, class, or group. 
   2. Please give backup admins access to all divisions, classes, and groups.  
9. Choose a subject line.
   
   Note: There's a pre-filled subject line ready to go for you. Feel free to edit that or create your own.
10. Fill out the body of the message yourself or use our prewritten paragraph.
    
    Note: Make sure you include the sign-up link if you choose to write your own. It's also a good idea to let the advisor know that they should be expecting an email from welcome@mail.quinncia.io. 
11. Verify that all information is correct and then click Save or Save & Invite Another at the bottom. 
12. Click Cancel to go back if you change your mind about which admins to invite, which divisions they can access, or something else.

Your invitations have now been sent out! Make sure all admins know they need to direct themselves to Quinncia from the link in their email so they don't sign-up as a student.
