You can set-up benchmarks individually and create them for each Division that you have. Watch this video to learn how to set up the resume and AI interviewing analysis score benchmarks for students by grade level!

Quinncia's Default Benchmarks

Resume Analysis Score

• 1st year: 100
• 2nd year: 125
• 3rd year: 150
• 4th year: 175+

Interview Analysis Score

• 1st year: 200
• 2nd year: 250
• 3rd year: 300
• 4th year: 350+

You can also score based on the number of flags in the resume analysis if you are not ready to set up benchmarks. Here's the scale:

0 - 2 flags: A

3 - 5 flags: B

6 - 8 flags: C

9+ flags: D or lower
