What To Do With A Student Who Is Having Technical Problems

Always refer students to our chat bubble on our website.  

The 'Need Help?' button in the bottom right corner of the Quinncia site gives students two options: browse a library of help articles for common issues, or chat directly with the Quinncia team. Through the chat, students can either send an email or, when someone is online, start a live chat for an immediate response.
