What To Do With A Student Who Is Having Technical Problems

On the bottom right corner of the Quinncia website, there is a "Need Help?" button which leads to two troubleshooting tools: a database of articles that contains solutions to common technical problems, and a chat function that allows students to connect directly with a member of the Quinncia team. There are two channels students can select from as part of the chat function: they can either email us their question or when a Quinncia team member is online they can select the chat option to connect with us immediately.
