Exporting Your Report Data
Exporting Your Data in Quinncia
1. Access the Dashboard
- Navigate to the admin reporting portal in your Quinncia account and select “View General Report”
2. Set Your Data Filters
- Go to the Showing data for control bar at the top of the dashboard.
- Select the time period you would like to pull data from (00/00/0000 to 00/00/0000)
- Refine your results using the Select Education years and All divisions dropdowns.
- Click the blue APPLY FILTERS button to update your view.
3. Export the File
- Click Export All Data to download the spreadsheet directly to your device.
Exporting Your Detailed Usage Report
1. Navigate to Detailed Usage Reporting
- Within general reporting, scroll down to “Usage Report” and select “See Detailed Usage Report” from the list of reporting options.
2. Filter Your Data (Optional)
- Refine your results using the dropdown filters at the top to adjust the date range, divisions, or candidate parameters.
3. Export the Report
- Click the blue Export All Data button.
4. Receive Your CSV
- The system will generate a .csv file containing your detailed analytics, which will automatically download to your device or be emailed to you.
Exporting Your Detailed Skills Report
1. Navigate to Detailed Skills Reporting
- Within general reporting, scroll down to “Skills Report” and select “See Detailed Skills Report” from the list of reporting options.
2. Filter Your Data (Optional)
- Refine your results using the dropdown filters at the top to adjust the date range, divisions, or candidate parameters.
3. Export the Report
- Click the blue Export All Data button.
4. Receive Your CSV
- The system will generate a .csv file containing your detailed analytics, which will automatically download to your device or be emailed to you.
Exporting Your Student List Report
1. Log In
- Log in to your Quinncia admin account.
2. Navigate to the Student List
- Click the Menu (three lines) in the top right-hand corner (or click the right-pointing blue arrow).
- Select Students to open the Student List page.
3. Apply Filters (Optional)
- Refine student data by divisions, classes, groups, interview statuses, resume scores, flags, improvements, or benchmarks.
- Click Apply (if skipped, all students will be included in the export).
4. Export the List
- Click the blue Export List button.
5. Download from Email
- Check your email for a message from Quinncia and click Download CSV.
- Note: Ensure you are logged into Quinncia, pop-ups are allowed in your browser, and your browser is updated.
6. Access Your Data
- Open the .csv file to view student metrics, scores, flags, benchmarks, and usage reports.
