From your main Dashboard, click on the ADMIN PANEL button located in the center of the screen under the "Admin Tools" section.
Scroll down the Admin Panel page until you see the Student Assignments section on the right side. Click the blue CREATE NEW button.
On the "Create Student Assignment" page, type your desired title into the ASSIGNMENT NAME field and provide an explanation in the DESCRIPTION text box.
Under the "Assign students" section, use the provided dropdown menus to select the specific cohort you want to assign the interview to. You will need to select the DIVISION (e.g., College of Liberal Arts), CLASS (e.g., ENG 20176H), and GROUP (e.g., Group B).
Scroll to the "Due Date" section. First, select the appropriate TIME ZONE. Next, click the calendar icons to set the specific DUE BY date/time and the EXPIRATION DATE date/time.
(Optional): Under "Scoring & Feedback," verify that your preferences are set. In the video, the user leaves the ENABLE AUTOMATED SCORING AND FEEDBACK option checked.
Build the Questionnaire: Scroll down to the "Questions Builder" section. Click on the text box under QUINN'S QUESTIONS to bring up a dropdown menu of pre-written questions and select your first prompt. To build out the interview, click ADD ANOTHER QUESTION to generate a new field and select another prompt from the list. Repeat this until your interview list is complete.
You do not have to use the prompted questions, this is where you will input your custom questions
Once all your settings and questions are configured, click the blue PUBLISH ASSIGNMENT button at the very bottom of the page. A confirmation window will pop up—click PUBLISH ASSIGNMENT again to finalize the setup and distribute it to your selected students.
