Resume Analysis Score

• 1st year: 100
• 2nd year: 125
• 3rd year: 150
• 4th year: 175+

Interview Analysis Score

• 1st year: 200
• 2nd year: 250
• 3rd year: 300
• 4th year: 350+

You can create sliding grading scales based on these scores and the overall population of your class.

You can also score based on the number of flags in the resume analysis if you are not ready to set up benchmarks. Here's the scale:

0 - 2 flags: A

3 - 5 flags: B

6 - 8 flags: C

9+ flags: D or lower
