Grading Interviews Based on Score

The Quinncia interview score is out of 700 total points (100 points per question across 7 questions). Each question gives up to 70 points for Content (what you say), 20 points for Audio (how you speak, filler words, pace), and 10 points for Video (eye contact, lighting, framing).  Attaining the score of 700 is NOT the goal for students. They should strive to improve their scores as they continue to take additional interviews.

First- and second-year students need to understand the basics of interviewing, like setting up their interview with proper lighting, displaying an appropriate background, and highlighting 2 to 5 skills during their interview.
