3. Here is where you will want to provide additional information about Quinncia for students to help prepare before your appointment
   1. Quinn (our and now your AI) interviews you and gives personalized feedback to help you highlight your skills. Employers use AI interviewing to screen applicants based on key data points. Within Quinncia you will see how you score on the data points that employers actually use so you are prepared to interact with their systems. If you are scoring outside of desired ranges on these data points you won't make it to the hiring manager to get a chance to interview in person. Practicing will Quinn will also help you speak powerfully about your skills and experiences so when you make it to the in-person interview, you will be ready to impress. 

To register and access your Quinncia account, please follow these directions:

• Navigate to https://quinncia.io/access/
• Enter your university email address, click “Continue” 
• Click “Sign Up / Sign In” on the top right-hand corner
• A verification code will be sent to your university email
• Copy & paste your verification code from the email you received
• Enter your full name and a password you will remember, click “Continue”
  • If the box appears blue, Quinn is not picking on what you wrote (check for extra spaces!)
• Your account has been created! 
• Make sure you upload a resume, that's how you unlock the interview
