Grading Based on Flags

At Quinncia, we recommend scoring based on the total number of flags identified on a student's resume. You can create your own scale or follow our sample: 

0 - 2 flags: A

3 - 5 flags: B

6 - 9 flags: C

10+ flags: D or lower
